Hm, in eine Situation dass ich in die Hocke gehen müsste o.ä. weil es keine andere Möglichkeit gäbe kam ich noch nie.
Tue mir schwer mich da einzuschätzen aber ich behaupte wenn es wirklich keine bessere Möglichkeit gäbe würde ich es wohl machen.
Bin überrascht von einigen Antworten hier weil: Ja auf jeden Fall. Bei Gewitter gehe bzw. bleibe ich möglichst in Gebäuden oder anderen sicheren Orten. Bin aber ebenfalls noch nie komplett von einem Gewitter überrascht worden, meistens zeichnet sich das ja wirklich gut im Vorraus ab.
Gehe allerdings nicht so weit meine ganze Technik auszustecken. Im unwahrscheinlichen Fall dass wirklich mal was passiert überlebt die halt oder halt auch nicht.
I still use my Pinebook Pro as daily driver (next to a desktop pc) and I‘m actually quit happy with it. It’s not the most powefull machine but it does it‘s job.
Also I never really experimented with all the special distros. Nowadays I just run plane Debian on it and everything seems fine.
You can do su to change the user in the current shell. Afaik it just defaults to root if no user ist specified. Everytime you run su you actually do su root
That said I always thought that it stands for switch user so intereresting to know that it‘s substitute.
Hm, man wiederspreche mir gerne aber ich halte es für berechtigt dass mit reinzurechnen.
Ist ja nicht so als würden die Maschine erst „elektrisch“ die Restfeuchtigkeit entfernen und dann noch ne Stunde so tun als würde irgendwas passieren um danach den Verbrauch schönrechnen zu können. Ne, es findet immer noch ein (sehr sparsamer) Trockenprozess statt.
If I have understood correctly they actually did block „kbinBot“. They did not use a regex like „*bot“ but have looked through the protocols and manually blocked each one that looked like a bot to them.
So the people using other variations of „bot“ would have had to catch exactly another blocked term for this and not just a fairly similar one.
I’m not saying there isn’t more to it, but what they wrote is within the realm of possibility.
Also miss it. I took a couple of years to warm up to it. Then when started to I really really like it, it went downwards.
I‘ve actually stopped using Unity a few month before Canonical abandoned it because with all the Gnome applications moving into a completly different direction it didn‘t feel consistent at all anymore.
There is also Go, Map! which introduced some comparable features within the last few versions. But it’s also far away from the comfort and user friendlyness of StreetComplete.
