I’m in the Lemmy.world bubble trying to educate myself about the rest and evaluate if I might need to migrate someplace else. And also trying to figure out the difference between instances. But I can’t figure out what “based” means or is referring to?

You could try the app wefwef. It’s inspired by Apollo and not to bad

I’m currently trying out the app wefwef which is inspired by Apollo for the fediverse. I’m surprised how much better it makes browsing the fediverse feel compared to native browser sites. This gave me a lot of hope for the future here. I’m also a fan of the Memmy App which I’m also testing!

I love the idea! Do you know if there are any apps doing the same for iOS? Would love to contribute!
