Private companies do the same, often going as far as to have whistleblowers executed. People (and especially organizations) protect their interests, even (or especially) at the expenses of others lives.

I thought this said geeks not greeks and then I got confused. That’s wild, in North America some companies are pretending to want 4 day work weeks (like my old one that laid me off last year) and then in Greece they’ve actually gone ahead and implemented 6 day work weeks. Reminds me of China’s 966 except this is actually legal apparently.

One of them would have to be Life is Strange 1, it’s a pretty good port and honestly it’s one of my fav games of all time.

Well, now I’m even more glad I got the HPV vaccine (I got the one for 9 types), damn.

I always thought it’d be possible that getting HPV could lead to a penile amputation like maybe in insanely rare cases, but holy fuck that 6500 seems like a large number to think about when you consider that 1 is too many.

They are both loaded because I tried manually loading just one, and then it didn’t help, so then I tried the other.

I can’t pair mine with my computer, it doesn’t even show up in the device list. The modules do not show up unless I manually load them.

I already have steam-devices installed.

I really don’t feel like I am doing anything wrong, but maybe I am.

Keep in mind it works just fine wired, so yeah maybe the Bluetooth adapter I have is just not compatible with the PS4 controller.

I actually have two PS4 controllers, one older one and one with the light bar. Both of them are unable to connect via Bluetooth.

My headphones and Xbox Series X controller work perfectly.

I’m on Ubuntu 22.04, kernel 6.5.0-41-generic so it shouldn’t be that. Maybe my Bluetooth adapter isn’t that great but it’s a TP-Link UB400 so it’s not exactly a low quality Bluetooth adapter either.

Weirdly enough, I could never get my DS4/PS4 controller working on Linux, at least through Bluetooth. The device never shows up in the device list. My Xbox Series X and Xbox One X controllers work perfectly with Bluetooth thanks to xpadneo, and I can use my DS4/PS4 controller wired with or without ds4drv, but I just can’t get it to work wirelessly.

So all it takes is a screen presumably dome shaped to prevent something like this from happening? Damn, companies are unforgivable, they should seriously be charged with murder.

I think these things aren’t designed to stop everyone, just most people, non-technical people - not people like us who know how to work around limitations etc.

It still sucks though, and it’s a stupid idea.

You’re right, all these whistleblowers are dying completely naturally and it’s not suspicious at all.

I’d still fly in a Boeing until I hear about them start to get recalled/grounded/etc more, but you must be pretty naive if you don’t see that these deaths are suspicious and don’t think that companies in the United States of America, the land of big business, out of all countries in the world, could have legislative and other protections.

Not just the police and ICE but don’t forget fuck USCIS, USBP, CBSA, etc.
