I think hilariouschaos.com has some communities like that, although they aren’t very active at the moment. But they have stuff for “game” threads like [email protected] and [email protected] (scenes from a hat).

Came here to ask about this, I should have figured someone would have already given an explanation in the comments.

Not sure if it’s accurate but I assume the hobbits’ resistance to the ring’s power might have slowed this down too.

I was excited to finally be able to mod the community I’m a mod of, but it looks like the instance with the community needs to be updated for this to work. And it’s on lemmy.world which is like 3 versions behind now lol
