The article is talking about the research of Thomas Le. He believes that Asian women who are internally racist, want to date white men.

The issue is how he defines internal racism. The two question were shown as lighter skin is better and sometimes I wish I wasn’t Asian.

The first question ignores lighter skin has always been more desired in many Asian cultures going back thousands of years. It meant a high class person since they weren’t exposed to the sun. It has nothing to do with being white.

The second question by itself doesn’t provide any useful data. My kid wanted to be Chinese when she was younger. She wasn’t racist towards herself. She just wanted to be Chinese.

A misdemeanor conviction is a minor conviction. A serious crime is a felony.

That isn’t true. A felon can’t vote in many jurisdictions. They can’t own a gun. They can’t run for certain offices. There are many things a felon can’t do.

There is more to this than guns. This is about losing constitutional rights over a minor conviction.

Felonies restrict rights. I have no issue with that. We take away many rights under a felony.

Otherwise there is no punishment.

My issue is most DV is a misdemeanor. As such, you shouldn’t lose a constitutional right over it. What other misdemeanor do you lose rights over?

Cameras in the car. Most cars have something similar for the assisted driving.

I am surprised that are not in violation of one of the different laws. I agree with the court, this is an action of congress.

Joe Biden had nothing to do with the ban removed. The lawsuit was filed by a gun store in Texas and worked its way up through the Supreme Court.

I believe this is the right court decision. People try to make everything partisan, but you can’t just make up laws at will.

I have no issue with bump stocks being banned. The issue is it has be done legally.

I think it was the German party that everyone was calling far right. Most of their policies are far left except for crime, immigration, etc. basic law and order type laws.

Most of these parties are not even far right. They are really more balanced. Obviously I have not read about all of them but the few I’ve researched are not “far” anything.

A fetus isn’t a person. Equating the time is ignoring a fetus can’t survive outside the womb.

I don’t want anyone telling me what I can and can’t do with my body. As such I respect the rights of others to do as they please.

Six year old children are never aborted. A fetus is just a lump of cells. Either people have body autonomy or they don’t.

Not at all but one of the most basic rights to control of your own body.

I view body autonomy as a right. Nothing is more sacred than choosing what’s best for you

That is one area I diverge with the party. Abortion should be legal. Based on the voting, most republicans agree it should be legal. Based on polls, they don’t.

It’s just my opinion but forever. They are at more of risk because of their previous job. As such spending money to protect them isn’t a crazy idea to me.

Obama had Bin Laden killed. I wouldn’t be surprised if some terrorist group wants to kill him in return.

The protection comes because of the risk of the title. So yes, until they die.

If the SS has to protect Trump in prison so be it.
