My birthday is this month and I’d like to do something for it, but all my friends abandoned me when I got sick, I’ve got no-one to hang out with. It’s cold outside and I’m recovering from a stroke and still have trouble walking, so I’d need to do something in my own home. It also needs to be free as I have no income at all, so things like renting a film off amazon or whatever are off limits.

Any suggestions? Years ago I would have celebrated with some magic mushrooms but aside from the financial aspect, I don’t even know who to get them off any more. I’m totally out of ideas. Just something that will make the day feel a bit special and different from every other day.

    Do you have steam?

I know I have a small pile of game codes from bundles that I have bought for specific games, leaving other codes unredeemed that have piled up over time. I’m kinda picky with what games and especially what genres I like and I’m not really into the gaming scene much so idk anything about most of the unredeemed game codes. I also don’t really understand if codes are region-locked or not because I’ve never traded codes (I’m not in the same country as you are.)

So I guess what I’m saying is that I have no idea if it will work, I assume it will but there’s only one way to find out. I also have no idea whether the games are any good or if you’ll like them but I can send you a list of what I have so you can pick over them or I can just hand all of them onto you if you like.

Tbh it doesn’t seem like much of a gift to me because it feels like more of a hand-me-down than anything but… there might be something in there that you like and it might be nice to have a few new games for you to try out, even if they aren’t the top-ranked AAA games. Who knows?
