It’s the Isle of Man.
Fun fact: not necessarily the most misogynistic island in the world.
Might be, though, I doubt there’s been any studies conducted 🤷
not necessarily the most misogynistic island in the world.
It’s literally the least misogynistic place on earth.
The Isle of Man was the first place in the world where women could vote in a national election. https://www.tynwald.org.im/history/Women-Suffrage
Why’s the flag a being that’s just 3 legs?
Possibly emerged from a triskelion, which exists as a motif across Europe and beyond, but especially in regions associated with Celts, morphing into legs for reasons unknown and a few meanings attributed long after the fact.

The Celts were well known for morphing into legs for reasons unknown, it’s their party trick. Everyone else just finds it embarrassing.
It’s based on the Manx Coat of Arms: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coat_of_arms_of_the_Isle_of_Man
I’m not sure anyone actually knows. I think it’s one of those things that’s so old it’s passed into obscurity. There’s a few ideas floating around, but nothing confirmed.
Edit for those downvoting but not providing anything of any use: check the history section.
No one knows for sure but there is speculation it is to do with the recycling of wooden legs in the Manx war of independence due to a lack of trees on the island.
