Been hearing a lot about it but I’m not sure what it really does. The only thing I’m aware of is its anti-LGBT policies.
Worth noting that the Republicans already tried a coup back in 2021, and none of the actual responsible have faced any repercussions. I don’t think they’ll be too deterred from trying something like that again with proper coordination this time. Doubt anybody will be too galvanised to fight for “President Elect Joe Biden” after these 4 years, so this will be relevant no matter which clown wins.
“Maybe this will finally be the straw that will break the camel’s back of the blind trust in electoralism”, said the Marxist for the 100th time.

This is a bit of an exaggeration of the rather half-assed event it was. A Republican coup with support from most of the actual politicians on board would probably succeed.
initially, its what comes after that is scary
As far as I’m concerned, all it is is the latest joint effort of the duopoly to force people into cosigning some manner of settleristic evil one way or the other. It sounds frankly purpose-built for Democrats to hyperventilate about it and use it as a cudgel to sheepdog people away from anti-electoralist causes. I don’t put anything past the dirty colonizer motherfuckers anymore-- it would not surprise me to find out this was Pied Piper’d into place the same way Trump was.
It’s the Republican manifesto for a 2025 victory and would essentially put the Republican party on the same level as what Nazi Germany were doing in their early days. It would give full control of America’s Executive Wing to the president, ban books about queer people and being queer (the literal first thing the Nazis did, by the way) and would force librarians to register as SEX OFFENDERS if they didn’t comply, make gender and sexuality based discrimination legal, overturn bills surrounding climate change, and would make abortions damn near impossible to get.
It would literally revert America back to the 1940s in terms of civil rights. It is beyond fascism, it is literally evil.
And i bet libs would call this “compromise” and still play their pinkwashing card, while also bashing 1920’s USSR for not being socially progressive enough :(
:xi-pls: My people yearn for freedom
It means more hell for everyday working people who aren’t liberals or fascists.
