I was thinking “Howdy tooth man” and a little tooth wearing a cowboy hat or the word “No” for a more literal meaning to the idiom “Read my lips”
To be clear I’m not actually going to get a tattoo on the inside of my lip this is just a shower thought.

I mean, get what you want.
Just have realistic expectations on what they can do, and how long it’ll last.
Block lettering is cheap. But any kind of recognizable design will likely be expensive and start fading immediately. Like even the stereotypical “ignorant tattoo” would be too complicated for inside your lip.
A quality tattooist probably wouldn’t even try anything more than a few letters.
