Title makes it seem like there’s something inherent in this administration that is uniquely to blame for this. Any US administration would have. I’m no expert in American electoralist crap, does anyone know if they hadn’t bypassed Congress is there a chance that this would have been stopped?
If Congress can be bypassed, then the congressional path only exists for show: for lending further legitimacy and/or spreading/shifting accountability.
