I’ll shill. The new stuff is entertaining, parts of it don’t feel like Trek, but parts do, and that’s what makes it new. If it wasn’t new, it would just be the old stuff rehashed and stale, and we’d complain about that. I’m happy it’s new story lines that are being played out and not “Here’s Khan, but this time, he’s in a scuba suit!” (admittedly, I’d still watch it)

Edit: this new stuff also brought us Borg Queen, but snarkier, so I guess I’m wrong
