I mean, actually my favorite federated instance is probably lemmygrad or startrek.website, but it’s really funny wandering into a lemmy.ml community. They’ve got ALL the reddit liberals, but their mods all agree with us. So it’ll just be threads and threads of hexbears eviscerating racists/homophobes/transphobes and by the time I read it, all of the non-hexbeart comments are removed by mod
like this thread https://hexbear.net/post/403920?scrollToComments=false
I just noticed the user’s name for the removed by mod
wow can’t believe that person is racist!
hexbear: “White isn’t a race”
reply: removed by mod
That thread is great:
Ricers, in the 80s, as a term that referred to Japanese cars (Honda, Toyota) who burned rice instead of gas. This is bad. Full stop.
@[email protected]: Are you fucking stupid, you think Japanese cars used to run on rice?
incredible posting
trying to power my car with sake like
That one got me lmao
there’s the follow up removed by mod and she goes on to be like “oh no i cussed out a racist”
I had one earlier. Told someone that body shaming is bad, they responded that they knew this but that they find it fun. I say, that’s sad. Come back many hours later to find that all their comments have been removed, including an absolute deluge of comments about me saying it’s sad. Felt good man
We have been deployed as political officers of the people’s posting battalion to enforce hexbear thought in the liberal ranks
How do I block an instance?
Here’s a helpful guide
Thanks, best fap I’ve ever had
Mid reply ngl
Sorry for that other person sending you to that shock image, here’s the actual guide that some of the mods put up for users here when we first federated (some of the things in there are hexbear specific things about how users from here should behave in other instances but you can just ignore those, the bit that refers to how to block other instances as a user is about a third of the way down the post iirc)
