It’s basically just ask lemmygrad but specifically for a smaller category of vague questions. Does it serve enough of a purpose or should remove it like the various precursors to Shit Reactionaries say (note this comm is newer than AL).

Why go after one of the few communities that actually have traffic? It’s not redundant if people prefer this format.

    You get me, QC…

Honestly this comm should be archived and {redacted}…

If you want to ask Lemmygrad their thoughts, then just ask…

    Why go with this redundancy…

It’s cause ask lemmygrad is a general questions community, and this type of question became so frequent that it made sense to create a community dedicated to it. But nothing prevents you from inquiring in ask lemmygrad and or here as well

That seems like a false teleology. I think the mod just saw this kind of post on r/thedeprogram and decided to make a community for it, not realizing that it was redundant. This comm is like half effortless posts, a quarter shitposts, and a quarter decent questions, which belong in the AL community.

Don’t know what you mean by effortless post, but people seem more inclined to post their questions here so if having this community drives engagement, why not keep it? Furthermore even if my understanding of how it came to be is wrong doesn’t mean that my assumed reason isn’t a good reason though
