    One thing I didn’t account for is having to acclimate to looking at a screen for 8 hours. Weirdest headache last night.

    Hopefully it eases up in a few more days.

      Might be worth an eye test if you havnt had one in a while. Slow blinking and plenty of water too.

        Yes!! I had to get ‘computer’ glasses years ago cause my eyes would hurt after work. My vision is pretty much perfect, but screens play havoc on me. Since getting the specs, no such issues.

      Are your shoulders and neck sore as well?

      Not sitting properly can cause pain there which subsequently leads to a headache.

      It’s not the screen. It’s your eyes focused on one thing constantly. You need to give them a break every 45 minutes or so. Even something as simple as looking at something distant for a minute every hour will help a great deal.
