The bait was not the initial stupid post, it was the comment reply, and an attempt to play psyops to show gays for Trump is a thing like blacks for slavery or Jewish Nazis type of nonsense. The initial message is not memorable or relevant, but the psyops manages to spread like a viral ad and has more potential impact. We all need to raise the bar of awareness about this kind of layered approach IMO. We are giving the fools a platform. They are smart thieves and conartists. Never forget that. They act like fools because it is a viable strategy in a world filled with imbeciles. They must be foolish clowns to stay relevant, but someone must be watching and allowing them on the stage.

There were free black slave owners too, and many were pro slavery.
There were Indigenous tribes, already driven off their land, that owned black slaves too. Similarly fucked up.
Most tribes had slaves before white people showed up, even chattel slavery. It might seem weird to white Americans who label both groups as disenfranchised minorities but no one at the time blinked at the idea. A racial heirarchy was established and while there were occasionally arguments the one thing most of the powerful people agreed on in America is that Africans were at the bottom of it and that meant everyone else had the “right” to enslave them.
What a lot of history leaves out is that part of the reason the indigenous people didn’t unify against white colonizers before it was too late is that in the early days native tribes were raiding each other for slaves and selling them to the whites, which would in turn spark wars between the tribes, ultimately weakening all parties and creating more war captives that would also be sold to the colonizers.
This further weakened the tribes, of course. Instead of war captives eventually being assimilated into the victors they were sold to colonizers, effectively reducing the native population’s manpower.
Until the 1750s there were even periods were more Native Americans from the continent were being sold in the Caribbean than African slaves. It wasn’t until the Indian Wars that this really changed as the tribes both became less willing to sell captives and European slavers decided natives could escape too easily compared to Africans.

Chicago Police and the FBI are investigating if saboteurs placed bugs in a breakfast buffet prepared for delegates at the Democratic National Convention on Wednesday.
“Multiple unknown female offenders are alleged to have entered a building…and began placing unknown objects onto tables containing food,” the convention’s information center said in a statement. “The offenders are believed to have then left the area. One victim was treated and released on-scene. Along with CPD, FBI-Chicago is assisting in the investigation.”

The incident was the most recent example of ongoing efforts to disrupt the convention, including multiple bomb threats at hotels where delegates and other attendees are staying. Fox32-TV reported that the threats were made against at least three hotels.
