News papers don’t publish every opinion sent. They select a few. They have probably been sent hundreds and thrown most of them in the trash. They chose to publish this trash piece.

Because they publish it and promote the opinion?
You parents would just tell you something and you assumed it was true until you learned years later they where just winging it with bullshit.
How much proof do you need. The Wikipedia page alone have tons of sources.
The Star Wars universe is not interesting enough for all the TV show and movies being made. George Lucas is not Tolkien and the world building was fine enough for the original trilogy, but it’s simply too boring for more content. Tolkiens work gets more interesting as you learn more about the details. Star Wars is the opposite. The more information you get the less interesting it is.
Also the Jedis are just cops/soldiers. They are not inherently good.
Blå = blue Haj = shark
Blue shark. Also known as the great blue shark in English.
I have given up on this series. I’m not even sure I would read the next book if it was released tomorrow. Maybe if the series is ever fully released I might reread it from the beginning to end. It’s like if Netflix published books.
I really hope Valve will come out with a new VR headset. I refuse to use any service from Meta.
There is a difference between the PS5 Pro and the PS5. The same for Xbox Series X and S. they can make a PS5 handheld, which would just be a “lite version” especially in a year or two. And Sony can let developers have the time to adjust their game for a lower powered version.
It doesn’t have to be. It’s handheld, så you can get away with lower resolution and less impressive effects. It’s not going to compete on the big screen.
The network effect is definitely at play. But the usability is not really there yet. Just finding communities through the app I’m using is not always working right.
Steamdeck run a lot of PS5 titles fine. And with some newer hardware it should be doable.
I feel like a lot of similar games has been released recently.
I think both solutions are probably reasonable secure. Personally I use the proton solution, because I like that my data is in Europe and I prefer to pay for services. I like the more transparent and honest business where I pay and get something in return.
Lemmy is not ready for a more mainstream user base.
We also have to stop thinking that everything has to grow fast, and lose hope just because it’s not. Change take a really long time. Sometimes decades. Silicon Valley are obsessed with fast growth because it’s all driven by the promise of easy money. No need to adopt their mindset. Look how fast their products turn to shit.
But is this actually a problem. Does people go around now and need proof that they bought some property?
To me it seems like blockchain is a solution looking for problems that doesn’t really exist.
They need to B-Thompsoned
