Yeah but how many people played STALKER 1 vs FO3 or Skyrim? I’m absolutely confident there were indie games with better storytelling at the time and there were far older games like Planescape or Systemshock that were doubtlessly better as well. They just don’t have any expression of power. It doesn’t matter if you protest, the women’s protest for the first trump admin was massive, the protest against the Iraq War was the biggest that’s ever been (until later protests overtook it). They don’t have a parliamentary expression for opposition to neoliberal style looting, who would it be… the Dems? They agree with that platform, they wanted to do it first. There is no party, there is no coordinated movement amongst unions and there’s so few in a union anyway. Even if they wanted to state their opposition, what are they supposed to do?
