Heroes is powerful, but SG1 equivalent to this one is Lifeboat for me - the one where Daniel gets several conciousnesses downloaded into his mind. The way he plays the little kid always has me in tears

Doctor who had a similar thing; bad guy takes over old woman when she was a girl. Doctor wins, bad guy flees, all that’s left is the mind of the little girl bad guy took over.
