Might seem like a silly question but I’m curious.

Maybe a movie with a lot of action or decent soundtrack for example

    None. I really think distractions like a movie lead first to bad form and skewd rest time, and maybe to injury. Obviously this doesn’t apply to indoor cardio…

      It probably isn’t for everyone. I do the same exercises every day so watching action movies like Heat or grindhouse movies like Dragged Across Concrete can help break up the monotony and I end up doing more reps. I haven’t really noticed it effecting my form anymore than listening to a podcast would.
