Watermark says Japan, so that’s my bet

Thanks to the badge on the front of the train, it’s the Ōigawa Railway Ikawa Line in Shizuoka.

The line has a lot of old steam locomotive rolling stock, but that train in the picture is a DD20 diesel locomotive.
