There are better interactions for a dog. For their sake, at least, if that’s a priority here at all. The kids will learn to read regardless.

They don’t care about the content obviously, but they love when you just give them attention. You can see the dogs are very engaged with their child.
Plus, don’t forget that the kids also get practice time reading, so it brutally slaughters 2 birds with 1 stone

Probably true but I’m still happy that someone spends some time with them. Perhaps they get to play with the kids as well
