Yea some were underage apparently. Most weren’t, but reading the details of this article really goes to show how similarly easy it is to manipulate 18-22 year olds as it is to manipulate minors. Legal =/= moral obviously, I believe he might have even been in states where the age of consent is 16 when having sex with the younger girls

Knowing libertarian creeps like him, his presence in those states was probably with well-researched awareness of local age of consent laws.
