I’ve got some pretty bad anxiety and it really flares up in social situations but a couple months ago I woke up feeling great. I wasn’t tired, insecure, or anxious. I just felt good. I was able to converse with people without overthinking and stuttering.

I even knew in the moment this was weird and tried to figure out what I did to get my brain’s chemistry to that point but I never really figured it out. Normally even just trying to figure out why I feel good sends me in a bit of spiral where I start thinking about awkward encounters I had over five years ago but not that day.
