it’s funny, Redbook’s interface is clearly a carbon-copy of TikTok’s (which IIRC was a carbon copy of Vine’s) but the ads are all “inline” so they don’t “pop up” they kinda disguise themselves as regular videos and “play next”.
When you realize that you can do a “zoom in” and that makes all of the HUD elements disappear it really improves the experience.

The format for iOS is called IPA. Unless you are in the EU and have iOS 17.4+ (which obviously isn’t the case for Americans), you have to either buy a $99/year developer certificate so your apps don’t expire for a year, or deal with solutions like AltStore to handle the fact that your sideloaded apps not from the App Store are going to expire after just 7 days (not to mention the fact that there’s a limit per Apple ID)

Plus, for people who consume cannabis (and I think this includes CBD), China considers having presence of drugs in the system the same as consuming drugs within the country.
