Hopefully starting estrogen and spiro in March :)
you will accidentally smash your extremely sore boobs against something and it will hurt like a motherfucker, glhf
Also just holding heavy objects against your chest hurts.
but have you closed your boob in a door?
I found a YouTube link in your comment. Here are links to the same video on alternative frontends that protect your privacy:
Inability to get apply for or renew a US passport.
Hope you’re either not in the US, or don’t plan on travelling.
There’s a chance you have to deal with PMS. I deal with it every 24 or so days. I get it worse than my mother and aunt have ever had to deal with it. I experience the following symptoms.
-
Stomach Cramps
-
Diarrhea
-
Migraines
-
Mood Swings
-
Extreme Irritability
Not everyone experiences this nor do they experience it at the level that I do. I hope for the gods that you don’t have to experience it like I do. If you do, I highly HIGHLY recommend tracking it so you’re not blindsided by it.
Yay thanks!! Can anything cure migraine and cramps? Will advil work

Besides the plethora of mental changes:
- Drier skin, which you probably need to moisturize regularly now.
- Your eyes can also get drier due to the lack of testosterone.
- Your skin will also be thinner, which makes it more prone to damage and you will also feel colder.
- Your genitals might become darker. So don’t be surprised when that happens.
- Breast growth can be weird sometimes. Like mine started in a ring-shape around my nipples.
- Muscle loss also affects those controlling your bladder, making you go pee more often (and double that when you’re on spiro).
- Your body odor will change and become sweeter and less sharp.
- You will likely have less energy and be more tired than you are right now.
I wish you good luck for your journey.
mostly anecdotal but still:
-
not everyone gets this, but you might find your tastes (as in, like your tastebuds) might change - some stuff you might not have liked before you might end up liking
-
hair obviously changes, but hair type can change pretty dramatically for some people - just a result of different chemical signals going to your scalp, as far as I understand it :)
-
make sure you keep up your water and your eating, cos you’re gonna need both of those a whole bunch more, especially early on
-
also be prepared to hit things a bunch as you re-adjust to a new shape and centre of gravity over time :P
congrats!! march can’t come fast enough

Estrogen and spiro seems to have cured my psoriasis
